~ ORDER PROCESS AND DELIVERY TIMES ~
Within 12 hours after your order, a form will be sent to you for your customizations and information.
After you fill in your customizations and information on the form and send it to us, the first draft will be presented to you within 24 hours. The speed of the process after this point is completely up to you. The sooner you review the sent draft and give us feedback, the faster we can proceed. After your design approval, your invitations will be ready to be shipped in 3-4 business days. (Most of the time, it is prepared in much less time.)
We send your cargo with FedEx so that it reaches you as soon as possible.
Average delivery times are as follows.
USA ---> 3-4 business days
UK ---> 2-4 business days
Australia ---> 5-10 business days
European Union Countries ---> 3-4 business days
Non-European Union Countries -- 5-8 business days
The specified cargo delivery times are average values, this period may be extended in cases such as customs fees and if you cannot be reached.

* Can I order a sample?

* Can acrylic be changed ?
- You can choose between clear or frosted acrylic options at no additional charge.
* Can the printing color be changed ?
- We have gold, silver, rose, baskir, white and black options for printing colors. You can choose any of these colors without paying an additional fee.
* Can the acrylic thickness be changed ?
- We have determined 0.7 mm as the standard thickness and we use this thickness regardless of whether it is transparent or frosted. We think that it is an ideal thickness for invitation cards and that you will be satisfied. If you want us to use a thicker acrylic, we can do this, since it is thicker and has a heavier cargo, there will be a price difference compared to 0.7 mm acrylic. Please contact us for this.
* Can the envelope color or model be changed?
- You are free to change the envelope color and model.
* Can my invitations be sent as is?
- We have envelope models that you can ship your invitations directly. You can choose one of these envelope models and ship it.
If you want to choose one of our envelope models that are not suitable for direct shipping, we recommend that you add a mailing envelope to your order.
If you have an envelope with flower decorations, we definitely recommend that you buy a mailing envelope.

* What can be customized ?
- We leave our customers free at most points in your orders. That's why you can make changes to the design, printing color, acrylic color, envelope color, envelope model, rsvp card color, rsvp design, seal color, seal pattern, fonts are your customizable areas in your order.
* What is your cancellation and return policy ?
- Since orders are prepared individually and cannot be reused, returns are strictly not accepted.
- The cancellation option is only valid within the first 24 hours following your order. Unfortunately, cancellation requests after this period are not accepted.
* Will I encounter a surprise payment outside of my order ?
- As Shriya invitation, we want you to reach the highest quality service at the lowest cost and we don't want you to encounter surprise payments for this.
